By using Graft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes.
Graft is a marketplace connecting clients who need work done with skilled workers and professionals. We are not a party to the agreements between clients and workers — we provide the platform, escrow, and dispute services.
You must be 18 or older to use Graft. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others. Graft may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To protect all users, we require identity verification before you can post tasks or bid on work. Submitting fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
Clients fund escrow before work begins. Funds are released when the client confirms completion or after the auto-release period. Graft charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. Disputes are resolved by Graft admin whose decision is final.
Users may not share contact details in chat before a contract is formed (anti-leakage policy). Users may not attempt to conduct transactions outside the platform. Violations result in account strikes; three strikes lead to suspension.
For jobs paid in cash, a platform access fee is charged before contact details are revealed. Workers accept that cash job payments are outside Graft's escrow protection and take on their own risk.
Graft is not liable for the quality of work performed, disputes between users, or losses arising from platform use beyond the transaction value held in escrow. We provide the platform on an "as is" basis.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
