What you will do
- Review identity verification submissions and decide fairly and consistently.
- Investigate disputes and reports, read the evidence from both sides and write down the outcome.
- Watch for fraud and scam patterns, act on flags, and help us set the rules that stop them.
- Help write the policies and guides that make Graft a marketplace people can trust.
- Treat private information with great care: you will see IDs, messages and payment details.
What we are looking for
- Experience in fraud, risk, compliance, investigations or customer support.
- Calm judgment, and the confidence to make a decision and explain it.
- Clear, careful writing.
- Integrity and attention to detail.
