What you will do
- Review the identity documents workers send in (national IDs, passports and selfies) and confirm the person and the document match and look genuine.
- Approve or reject each one with a clear reason the worker can act on.
- Flag suspicious documents to the Trust & Safety team.
- Follow our rules for handling ID: look only at what is needed, never share it and never keep copies.
- Training on fraud patterns and document standards is provided.
What we are looking for
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to fairness: your decisions decide who can work on Graft.
- Discretion with other people's private information.
- Steady, reliable work through a queue.
- Familiarity with Zimbabwean ID documents is a plus.
