What you will do
- Bring workers and clients onto Graft across Harare and Bulawayo, and give them reasons to keep coming back.
- Build relationships with trade associations, training centres and community groups.
- Plan and run on-the-ground events in key suburbs, and report honestly on what worked and what did not.
- Talk to workers and clients regularly and turn what you hear into clear requests for the product team.
- Track sign-ups, jobs posted and hires, and tell us what the numbers say.
What we are looking for
- Experience growing a community, a marketplace or a local business in Zimbabwe.
- You are comfortable talking with people in the languages of the suburbs you cover.
- Good with people, organised, and happy to be out in the field.
- Clear in writing and comfortable with numbers.
