What you will do
- Design flows for mobile-first Zimbabwean users, from onboarding to releasing money from escrow.
- Design for small screens, inexpensive phones, slow connections and metered data.
- Work closely with engineers so that what you design is what ships, and test your work with real users.
- Keep the design consistent across the website and the app.
What we are looking for
- Strong Figma skills and a portfolio of real, shipped work (add a link in your cover letter).
- Sensitivity to low-bandwidth and low-end device contexts.
- You can explain why you made a design choice.
