Our verification process
- National ID or passport upload. The grafter uploads a photo of their national ID or passport. Our team checks that the document is valid, not expired, and clearly visible.
- Live selfie match. The grafter takes a selfie through our app. Our team manually compares the selfie to the ID photo to confirm it's the same person.
Once both checks pass, the grafter receives a "Level 1 Verified" badge on their profile.
For clients: what to look for
When browsing grafters, look for the shield badge on their profile. You can also filter Browse Grafters to show only verified professionals.
For grafters: getting verified faster
Verification typically takes less than 24 hours. Submit clear, well-lit photos of your document and selfie. Blurry photos are the most common reason for re-submission requests.
